OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW
PHASE 01
SURFACE DEPLOYMENT
We begin with diamond grinding to remove existing coatings and open concrete pores, ensuring a mechanical bond that prevents delamination.
PHASE 02
base coat
We use a mvb(moisture vapor barrier) base coat to ensure the coating will last for many years down the road. A mvb base coat is the best base coat to use for a flake floor.
PHASE 03
top coat
After the base coat has cured we will scrap, vacuum and top coat your floor with a polyaspartic top coat and non slip add to it.
